1. Advance Payments

Non-Refundable Advance: An advance payment is required to secure your booking. This advance amount is non-refundable and is used to cover initial costs and reserve your date and time for the shoot.

2. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: If you, the client, decide to cancel the booking, the advance payment will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or letter) and acknowledged by Vishu Photography. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the advance payment is necessary to cover the costs and time reserved for your shoot.

Photographer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Vishu Photography needs to cancel the booking, the advance payment will be refunded in full, or an alternative date will be offered. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives.
3. Refund Policy

Completed Shoots: Once the photography session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where the client is unsatisfied with the final photos due to reasons not related to the technical quality of the work. We recommend discussing your expectations and preferences with the photographer before the shoot to ensure satisfactory results.

Technical Issues: If there are technical issues or faults with the equipment or final photos (e.g., corrupted files, missing images), Vishu Photography will offer a re-shoot at no additional cost or provide a partial refund at the discretion of Vishu Photography. We strive to deliver high-quality work and will address any technical problems promptly.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Client Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule the booking, please contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled shoot date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. The advance payment will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the new date is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Photographer Rescheduling: If Vishu Photography needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will inform you as soon as possible and arrange a new date that suits both parties. The advance payment will be applied to the rescheduled date, and we will ensure minimal disruption to your plans.
